What it is.
Intelligent lighting is where most homes feel the difference first. Instead of a wall of switches, the home runs on scenes: the right lights, at the right level, at the right time. Cooking, entertaining and the wind-down at the end of the day each have their own setting, recalled with a single press.
How Baillie does it.
Baillie designs architectural lighting and LUX by Control4 across the whole home, then programs scenes around the household's routine. Lighting can follow the time of day on its own, or wait quietly for a keypad. Either way it is tuned to your lifestyle, not a factory default.

Designed in early
Lighting drawn with the architect.
The best lighting is planned before the walls go up. We mark every fitting, keypad and circuit on the plans, so the layers of light are built in, not retrofitted.
Layered scenes
The right light for the moment.
We build scenes from layers of light: task, ambient and accent. A cooking scene lifts the kitchen, an evening scene drops the house into a warm, low glow.
Time-aware
Lighting that knows the day.
Scenes can track the sun, easing on at dusk and off overnight, so the home is always lit the way it should be without anyone touching a switch.
