The Baillie Showroom is the official Control4 Certified Showroom in Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula, presented as a real home rather than a display. The brief asked for visitors to sit on the couch and live with the system for an hour before buying anything, with no pitch in the room. Engraved keypads, a dedicated Dolby Atmos cinema and an end-to-end concierge service had to read as everyday life. The studio's credentials had to live inside the experience, not on a poster.

The showroom runs as a complete residence rather than a series of demonstrations. Custom engraved keypads control lighting and scenes the way they do in client homes, labelled for daily life. A dedicated 11.4.4 Dolby Atmos cinema with starlight ceiling anchors the space, calibrated for film and music to the standard the certified automation specialists work to in the field. Audio, climate, security and entertainment sit on the same Control4 backbone as every Baillie project, so visitors move through the rooms the way they move through their own house. The end-to-end concierge service of a Control4 Diamond Dealer is present in every detail, from the wall to the rack. Clients leave knowing how the system feels in daily use rather than how it sounds in a pitch.
