Enterprise-grade Wi-Fi and networking sits behind the walls, covering the home from the study to the back garden so video calls, school work and streaming run without a wobble. Integrated security with remote visibility gives the family eyes on the property from anywhere, with cameras and access available on the same app. One-touch lighting scenes carry the day: morning activation, kitchen busy, end of day, bedrooms only. Climate and audio sit on the same Control4 system, called when wanted and otherwise quiet. The whole house answers to one interface, on the phone or on the keypad beside the door. The morning runs itself. The evening turns the house down without anyone walking the rooms.
