The vision.
Darcy is a family residence in Sandringham, designed around security, convenience and complete peace of mind, with the technology giving the family confidence at home and while travelling. Security led the brief, with CCTV and alarm asked to work as a single integrated system for comprehensive protection and visibility at all times. The owners wanted to answer the door from anywhere in the world, so the home stayed connected even when they were away. Keyless entry was requested at both the front gate and the front door, letting the family move through the property without keys on the return from school, work and daily life. Everything had to run from one intuitive platform, through an easy app and dedicated touch screens, with the technology kept discreet within the architecture.
The experience.
Baillie delivered a fully integrated Control4 platform spanning CCTV, alarm, intercom, access control and remote home management. The security infrastructure was designed as one system, with CCTV and alarm working together for complete visibility, intelligent monitoring and peace of mind, and remote access keeping the owners connected whether they are nearby or travelling internationally. The intercom answers from the front gate and entry points directly on a mobile device anywhere in the world, and keyless entry across the gate and front door simplifies daily access for the family. Control is centralised through a single app and dedicated touch screens for straightforward operation across every security and access function. The technology integrates discreetly into the home, preserving the architecture while delivering reliable performance. The result is a home of complete confidence and effortless access, whether the family is at home or on the other side of the world.
